Contact us with your event date, type of party, colors and exact details and we can schedule and secure your date if it is available. We require a $200 retainer fee to be collected at the time of booking. This retainer fee guarantees that your date will be reserved and a digital design of your event setup will be provided. We will also send you an itemized breakdown of your rental choices including delivery & set up fees.
Changes and adjustments to your design can be made. Once you approve the final design, we will email you a formal quote. At this point your deposit will be collected, which is 50% of your formal quote.
~ If you book with us, your retainer fee will be applied as a payment towards your invoice. Should you not book with us, or cancel, the retainer fee is non-refundable. The retainer fee covers the the time invested by our event designer to create a creative and unique design based on your theme and colors. The retainer fee also secures your date and keeps us from booking another event on the chosen date.
We service the Dallas area and surrounding cities. Plano, Mckinney, Prosper, Allen, Frisco, Anna, Melissa, Richardson and Addison Texas. We travel 35 miles at no additional fee from McKinney TX
3 weeks to 6+ months is the best time frame to secure your date, but we can accommodate rentals 1-2 weeks or less if rentals and dates are available. Send us an email to check our availability
